A Walk In The Woods

There are times when nature will beckon to us from every angle, whispering to come closer and fully admire its beauty. The crisp leaves and golden pinecones will float down like feathers, guiding the way to an open trail. Spiraling down the mountain, awaiting the arrival of the spring, an unexpected wall with caves cut out of it appears. Hesitant at first, these mysterious tunnels prove to be lava tubes, and we can't help but go inside...

There is a pleasure in the pathless woods,
There is a rapture on the lonely shore,
There is society, where none intrudes,
By the deep sea, and music in its roar:
I love not man the less, but Nature more.
-Lord Byron
